New Horizon Mine Annual Hydrology Report Rule 4.05.13(4)(c) Annual Hydroloxy Report Requirements (i) Water quantity monitoring data is presented Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this report. (ii) Water quality monitoring data is presented in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this report. Discharge monitoring reports (DMR) are submitted to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment on a quarterly basis. Copies of each quarterly DMR are provided to the to the Division during the report year and is included in this report by reference only. (iii) A written interpretation of the data has not been included as it has not been requested by the Division in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(4)(c)(iii). The monitoring timeframe for this annual hydrology report is from October 2015 through September 2016. A description of the surface and ground water monitoring plan is located in Section 2.04.7 and Appendix 2.05.6(3)-3. All monitoring locations are shown on Maps 2.04-7-1, 2.04.7-10 and 2.04.5-1. This previously mentioned information can be located in Permit No. C-2010-089. General Discussion Surface Water Surface water monitoring sites are comprise of several sites which comprise the current, upstream and downstream condition and are briefly described below. Please see Map 2.04.7-1 for monitoring locations. • SW -N1 is located on Tuttle Draw and represents the upstream condition above mining. • SW -N3 is located on Tuttle Draw and represents the downstream condition below mining. • SW -N202 is located on Meehan Draw and represents the downstream condition below mining. • SW -N203 is located on Glasier Draw and represents the downstream condition below mining. • SW -N204 is located on Glasier Draw and represents the up gradient condition. • SW -N207 is located on Meehan Draw and represents and up gradient condition. • SW -N208 is located on Meehan Draw and represents and up gradient condition.
