Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. (Tri-State) is the parent to <br />Elk Ridge, and in accordance with Rule 4.05.13(4)(c) is submitting the Annual Hydrology <br />Report on behalf of the New Horizon North Mine. <br />All NPDES outfalls, surface water, and groundwater wells have monitoring requirements <br />identified by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. The Colorado Discharge Permit <br />System (CDPS) also has specific monitoring requirements and effluent limits for the NPDES <br />outfalls.
