Production by noxious weed species is not collected. <br />90 percent of the production standard for 2012 = <br />0.90 [0.244(662.0) + 0.489(417.5) + 0.240(444.3) + 0.027(323.0) = 432.9 lbs/acre <br />The 2012 BRB-1 reclaimed area mean allowable herbaceous production of 1,130.8 pounds per <br />acre (Table 3) far exceeded 90 percent of the production performance standard of 432.9 pounds <br />per acre. The values used in all calculations reflect assessment for annual and biennial <br />production that is greater than 10 percent of total herbaceous production and appropriately <br />adjusted. Production by noxious weeds was excluded and introduced annual grasses were <br />deducted. <br />The 2012 BRB-1 allowable herbaceous production exceeded 90 percent of the production <br />performance standard but sample adequacy was not demonstrated in either the reclaimed or the <br />reference areas (minimum of 30 samples — see Table C4 in Attachment D).
