Gold Links Mining Corp.
PO Box 3406
Boulder,CO 80307
November 16.2016
Division of Reclamation. Mining and Safety
1313 Sherman Street, Suite 215
Denver, CO 80203
Re: Gold Links Mine, Permit no. M-1987-143, Reclamation Plan
To whom it may concern.
This letter is to restate for the Division's records that Gold Links Mining Corp. is the
legal owner of the land upon which the Gold Links Mine is located, where CRG Mining
has been operating through a lease with the company. These lands are patented mining
claims, and the company approves and supports the mining and prospecting activities that
are being carried out by CRG Mining at this site.
I also wish to restate that all surface structures and improvements, such as buildings,
portals, roads, and other improvement that have been constructed relating to the above-
mentioned mining and prospecting activities, be left as permanent features after
reclamation. This is consistent with the long-standing management practices of these
properties that have been held by the company for decades. Under no circumstances does
the company want the any type of mining-related improvements to be removed during the
reclamation of these sites, and 1 expect the reclamation plans that CRG has in their state
permits to reflect this desire.
I do require that CRG Mining continues to ensure that the buildings are maintained in a
safe condition during the mining activities and remain in conformance with applicable
county building codes. Likewise, our lease with CRG Mining requires that they keep all
underground openings safe and secure.
If there are questions please feel free to contact me. Thank you.
Sincerely,
David Tippit
President. Gold Links Mining Corp.
Cc: CRG Mining
