Please read the attached public notice regarding the permit <br />application with the State of Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety. <br />This agreement is to demonstrate to you that Western Slope Materials LLC will replace or repair <br />any structures that you own which are damaged by the operation and within 200 feet. It is <br />important to document all structures within 200 feet.
