The weekly reports note
the fill material was above 32o F was to note that the material placed was loose and no frozen
material placed.
Drain cover fill (DCF) material placement observation also follows the same technique as
structural fill. Placement of the fill was visually observed to ensure no tears in the geomembrane
occurred during placement and no frozen material was placed. The last day of DCF placement
was 14 December 2015. DCF placement resumed sometime after Amec Foster Wheeler
departed from the project site on 29 February 2016.
Should you have any questions regarding this information, please contact me at (303)-630-0762
or richard.weber@amecfw.com .

Sincerely,
Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure, Inc.

Richard Weber
Unit Manager

Andrea L.
