<br />Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the
<br />same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part,
<br />and published in the County of Moffat, State of
<br />Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that
<br />said newspaper has been published continuously and
<br />uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a
<br />period of more than fifty-two weeks prior to the first

<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />Moffat County Mining, LLC (MCM},
<br />29515 Routt County Road 27, Oak
<br />Creek Colorado 80467, has submitted
<br />an application for Technical Revision
<br />(TR16-37) of the existing active Mining
<br />and Reclamation Permit (Permit Number
<br />C-81 044) for the Williams Fork Mines to
<br />modify the vegetation sampling method-
<br />ologies and revegetation success stand-
<br />ards for evaluation of reclalmed areas.
<br />The mine permit area encompasses ap-
<br />proximately 6,361 acres, located approx-
<br />imately 6-7 miles south of Craig, Colo-
<br />rado on both sides of Stale Highway 13.
<br />The Mine Is designated under
<br />'Temporary Cessation" permit status
<br />since active mining or reclamation activi-
<br />ties
<br />are not occurring on site and current
<br />activities are limited to environmental
<br />monitoring and maintenance of the exist-
<br />ing lands and facilitles. The Mine Permit
<br />Area is covered by the Round Bottom
<br />and Castor Gulch, Colorado USGS
<br />7.5 -minute quadrangle maps and in-
<br />cludes approximately four miles of State
<br />Highway 13, beginning in the SW'/.SW'!.
<br />Section 21, T6N, R91W, and extending
<br />through portions of Sections 20, 29, 30,
<br />and 31 of T6N, R91W, and Section 6,
<br />T5N, R91W. The ownership, precise lo-
<br />cation, and boundaries of lards within
<br />the Permit Area are identified on pages
<br />2.03 22 through 2.03-31, 2.03-34, and
<br />Maps 1 and 2 of the Permit Application
<br />Package (PAP), which is available for re-
<br />view in the Moffat Coady Clerk and Re-
<br />corders Office. The Permit Area encom-
