Your request was deemed incomplete for the following <br />reason; <br />The submitted fee was insufficient. The required fee is $144.00, and only $114.00 was <br />submitted. <br />In order to gain completeness, please submit a check for the remaining $30.00 and a letter <br />explaining the discrepancy to the Division's Denver Office, within 30 days of the date of this <br />letter. The remainder of the fee, and letter must be received no later than December 22, 2016.
