The development miners <br />were in the E7 head gate, at around cross-cut 47. <br />The following permitting actions are in progress: <br /> Bond release applications SL-09 and SL-10 are complete. MCC have completed all actions <br />necessary for the approval of both bond release applications. <br /> RN-07 was found complete on February 1, 2016. The initial adequacy review was sent to MCC on <br />May 3. A response was received by the Division on May 24. The proposed decision due date has <br />been extended to December 2. <br /> TR-139 was found complete by the Division on August 25, 2016. The proposed decision due date <br />has been extended to November 11. <br /> TR-140 was found complete by the Division on October 17, 2016. The proposed decision due date <br />is December 16. <br /> MR-419 was found complete by the Division on October 20, 2016. The proposed decision due <br />date has been extended to November 18. <br /> MR-420 was received by the Division on November 1, 2016. The completeness due date is <br />November 11. <br /> <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES – Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br /> With reference to drawing C-12 of Exhibit 82, the currently active surface of the RPEE corresponds to <br />Area 8. More material will need to be deposited in order to build the surface up to the level required by the design. <br />The northern edge of Area 8 will serve as the haul road for the pile as the pile grows. <br />The active surface was graded to drain to the northwest. <br />At the time of the inspection, some of the previously deposited refuse was being excavated and screened, <br />before being transported back down the haul road in order to be recycled and blended with stockpiled coal to meet <br />contract specifications. <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED <br />N/A <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) <br />N/A <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
