The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has completed its
Midterm Review of the Golden Eagle Mine. The review of the above referenced permit
incorporated review of the following rules. The review focused on identifying and eliminating
any old and out of date information residing in the permit and identifying and eliminating
references to any activities no longer occurring at the site.
