Aerial photos were taken on December 1, 2016 at
approximately 12:02 pm. Brock Bowles reviewed the aerial photos. The weather conditions appear to be clear in
the photos as objects on the ground projected shadows. There was a light dusting of snow on the ground.

HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10;
Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13;
Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
Ponds 7, 8 and 13 (photo 1) contained water. Ponds 12 and 18 contain a small amount of water.

Ponds 9, 15 and 16 (photo 1) did not contain water.

The rock lined ditches on the north side of the Benson-West property appear to be stable (photo 2).

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
A bulldozer has pushed soil into a few piles north of pond 16 (photo 1). It does not appear that the
Morgan topsoil pile ring ditch has been disturbed. The pond 16 embankment has also not been disturbed.

A drill rig is set-up on the south end of the ERMR (Lloyd) property (photo 3). It is most likely installing a
monitoring well that was approved in TR-74.

REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15
Vegetative Cover; Timing:
The western part of the Morgan property does not have appear to have snow on it which is different from
