AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO THE DEBTORS FOR ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED FOR THE PERIOD OF APRIL 13, 2016 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2016 This matter coming before the court on the First Interim Application of FTI Consulting, Inc., as Financial Advisor to the Debtors for Allowance and Payment of Compensation for Professional Services Rendered and for Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period of April 13, 2016 through August 31, 2016 (the "Application"),' filed by FTI Consulting, financial advisors to the debtors and debtors in possession in the above -captioned cases; the Court having reviewed the Application and having considered the statements of counsel with respect to the Application at a hearing before the Court (the "Hearing"); the Court having found that (i) the Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and Rule 81-9.01(13)(1) of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri; (ii) this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b); (iii) the Debtors having represented that due and proper notice of the Application and Hearing has been given and that no other or further notice need be given; (iv) the compensation requested in the Application is reasonable and for actual and necessary services rendered by FTI Consulting Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Application. 026109 82304026135015
