during the Compensation Period; (v) the expenses for which reimbursement is sought in the <br />Application are actual and necessary expenses; and (vi) the Application fully complies with the <br />Bankruptcy Code, the Bankruptcy Rules and the Local Bankruptcy Rules, and generally <br />complies with the Guidelines; and the Court having determined that the legal and factual bases <br />set forth in the Application and at the Hearing, establish just cause for the relief granted herein; <br />It is hereby ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 330(a) and 331 of the <br />Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rule 2016 and Local Bankruptcy Rules 2016-1 and 2016-2, the <br />Application is GRANTED as set forth herein: <br />FTI Consulting is awarded, on an interim basis, compensation for <br />professional services rendered during the Compensation Period in the amount of $5,018,221.25 <br />and reimbursement for expenses incurred by FTI Consulting during the Compensation Period in <br />the amount of $258,268.08. <br />2. The Debtors are authorized to pay promptly to FTI Consulting the amount <br />of fees and expenses approved by this Order, to the extent that such amounts have not previously <br />been paid pursuant to the Interim Compensation Order, provided however, that all fees and <br />expenses paid as authorized herein are subject to final allowance by the Court. <br />Notwithstanding any Bankruptcy Rule or Local Bankruptcy Rule that <br />might otherwise delay the effectiveness of this Order, the terms and conditions of this Order shall <br />be immediately effective and enforceable upon its entry. <br />4. No later than two days after the date this Order is entered on the docket, <br />the Claims and Noticing Agent is directed to serve a copy of this Order and is directed to file a <br />-2- <br />026109 82304026135015 <br />
