After reviewing PR -2 from McClane <br />Canyon Mining (MCM), the Division has the following comments: <br />1. On currently approved Volume 1, page 1-7, please provide an updated Legal Description <br />to include the permit area being incorporated with PR -02. <br />2. Please provide an updated production table on proposed page 2.05-2. <br />3. Please provide an updated Section 2.05.6 — Hydrologic Monitoring Plan to include the <br />changes associated with TR -17. <br />4. It appears to the Division that the Construction Permits under the proposed Appendix E <br />are expired as well as the additional information provided is outdated. Please provide an <br />updated Appendix E. <br />5. The proposed update to Appendix N, page 2 does not flow correctly with the pages that <br />are currently approved. Please provide an updated Appendix N to ensure continuity <br />between pages. <br />6.
