To reduce the
potential of tearing up the road and getting stuck, the inspection did not proceed south of Pond 10 on the main
access road. There were tire tracks heading south of Pond 10. Miranda was unsure who had been on the site, and
thought it might be hunters.

The west ponds were accessed via Routt County Road No. 37.

SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12:
Pond 13 slide was observed, appeared stable and shows no recent mass movement.

Pond 12 slide remains in a stable configuration with no concerns noted about this steep slope.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA
OTHER (SPECIFY) NA

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE

No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending.
