Aerial photos were taken on December 1, 2016 at <br />approximately 11:30 am. The weather conditions appear to be clear in the photos. Brock Bowles reviewed the <br />aerial photos. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The Pond 11 area appears to be stable and vegetation is visible in the photo (photo 1). <br /> <br />The Carey Pond did not contain water (photo 2). <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br /> A line crew with several vehicles were working on the power lines that cross the Fontanari property east <br />of the Carey Pond (photo 2). <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES – Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br /> The top of CRDA-1 appears to be stable. There are no signs of gullies or erosion (photo 3). <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The substation G area appears to be stable (photo 4). <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
