The permit renewal application (application), dated March 1, 2016, was <br />received by the Division on March 1, 2016. The application was deemed complete on March 4, 2016. <br />An Applicant Violator Survey (AVS) Compliance Check was initiated on March 14, 2016 (1St Check). <br />Notice of the permit renewal application was published by CB in the Glenwood Springs Post <br />Independent on March 10,17, 24 and 31, 2016. A copy of the application was placed on file for public <br />review at the Garfield County Courthouse and the office of the Division. The Division notified selected <br />agencies of the application by letters of March 4, 2016. A Response from the Colorado Historical <br />Society was received on March 18, 2016, and a response letter from the Army Corps of Engineers was <br />received on March 30, 2016. A proposed decision on the application was scheduled for July 2, 2016, <br />and extended to August 26, 2016.
