The acceptable range of <br /> map scales shall not be larger than 1 inch=50 feet nor smaller than 1 inch=660 feet.Also,that <br /> a map scale, appropriate legend, map title, date and a north arrow shall be included. <br /> Please make sure that all provided maps and exhibits conform to the requirements of Rule 6.2.1(2). Specifically, <br /> it was noted that the permit boundary will need to be added to Sheet 2 (existing conditions). <br /> Also please note that the permitted area cannot contain Weld County Road 25 or 22. Please adjust the permit <br /> boundary to exclude all county road right-of-way on all provided maps,and revise acreages on the application form <br /> and within the application exhibits accordingly. <br /> EXHIBIT C -Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map(s) of Affected Lands (Rule 6.4.3): One or more maps may <br /> be necessary to legibly portray the following information: <br /> (a) description of the method(s)of mining to be employed in each stage of the operation as related to <br /> any surface disturbance on affected lands; <br /> The process plant/product stockpiles are shown located at the north end of Cell 1 B.Will the plant location be fixed <br /> or will it move as mining progresses? Please show all proposed location(s) on Exhibit C, and describe in Exhibit <br /> D as necessary. <br /> (b) the existing topography of the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction <br /> and rate of slope of the affected land; <br /> Existing topography has not been shown on any of the provided maps as required. Please add existing <br /> topography to Sheet 2,or provide another map to show existing pre-mining topography. <br /> (g) Show the owner's name,type of structures,and location of all permanent or man-made structures <br /> contained on the area of affected land and within two hundred(200)feet of the affected land. <br /> The structure information listed on the existing conditions map(Sheet 2)does not match or is incomplete when <br /> compared to the information provided in Exhibit S—Permanent Man-Made Structures. Please verify and correct <br /> where necessary. <br /> EXHIBIT L - Reclamation Costs (Rule 6.4.12): (1) All information necessary to calculate the costs of <br /> reclamation must be submitted and broken down into the various major phases of reclamation. You must <br /> provide sufficient information to calculate the cost of reclamation that would be incurred by the state. <br /> Please provide additional information to substantiate unit costs of spillway installation and slurry wall <br /> installation. Please also note that the 20%bonding cost for the installation of the slurry wall is no longer DRMS <br /> policy. DRMS will bond for the full cost of slurry wall installation until the slurry wall passes the State <br /> Engineer's Office(SEO)testing requirements for a lined reservoir. <br />
