Legal Description
Fremont Paving's 44th Lane Project is located in eastern Pueblo County,
Colorado, within the Pueblo County 2016 Gravel Crushing Project Area #2 (Figure
follows). The mine area will be accessed by two private haul roads in order to
minimize impact to county roads. The haul road construction design is included in
Exhibit D. The North Haul Road exits the mine area at the northeast corner and
proceeds north to CO State Hwy 50. The Southwest Haul Road exits the mine area at
the southwest corner and proceeds west to Pueblo County's designated commercial
vehicle route, 36th Lane. The permit boundary does not include county or state road
right-of-ways.
The project mine permit boundary encompasses approximately 1517 acres
and is comprised of eight parcels, five (5) privately owned and three (3) owned by
the State of Colorado.
State of Colorado Parcels:
• A portion of Lots 3 &4, East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4, West 1/2 of the Southeast
1/4 of Section 19, Township 21 South, Range 62 West;
• A portion of Lots 1-4, West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, East 1/2 of the West 1/2 and
Southeast 1/4 of Section 30 Township 21 South, Range 62 West;
• A portion of the South 1/2 and Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25,
Township 21 South, Range 63 West.
Pritekel Brothers Farm LLC Parcels:
• North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 and Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
25, Township 21 South, Range 63 West;
• A portion of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4, Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast
1/4, Southwest 1/4, West 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 24, Township 21 South,
