It is agreed and understood that the berm described in the Stipulated <br /> Judgment of Logan County District Court Case No.98 CV 59 shall be regarded by all <br /> present and future parties as in effect,including all of the described specifications and <br /> stipulations regardless of the actual logistical location of the berm.That the eastern <br /> property line fence shall be erected in such a way that the eastern property line fence of <br /> the described parcel follows the western perimeter base contour of the berm between the <br /> northern most point of the berm extended to the southern most point of the berm. <br /> (3) <br />
