Ziegler <br />Golden Eagle Uranium, LLC. <br />9626 S Coltsfoot Dr. <br />Parker, CO 80134 <br /> <br />Re: Request for Reclamation Bond Release, Notice of Intent (NOI) No. P-2010-009, DOE Lease <br />SR-15, Request for Release Approval, SL-01. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Ziegler: <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received the above referenced Prospecting <br />Notice of Intent release request. The request appears to meet the requirements of Rule 4.16.1. <br />A letter of concurrence was received by the Division from the U.S. Department of Energy, <br />verifying no disturbance occurred on site, and approving the release request. As of today <br />November 30, 2016, the Division is informing Golden Eagle Uranium LLC that SL-01 is approved. <br /> <br />Per Rule 4.16.1 (4), the financial warranty shall not be held for more than Thirty (30) calendar <br />days after the Division finds that the Notice of Intent operator has successfully completed <br />reclamation. Please allow forty-five (45) days for the return of the financial warranty. Direct all <br />questions regarding the financial warranty to Barbara Coria, telephone no.
