Box 359, Colorado, 8£643, said site to <br />be located on the follawinq described property: <br />Part of 5ect.ion 29, 26, and 36, all in <br />Township 3 North, Range 64 hest of the 6th <br />P,M, Weld County, Colorado <br />wKERSAS, this recuost for a Certificate of Designation was <br />submittee in con unction with a request to amend a Uov b�- Foecial <br />Review icr surface coal mining and ash dispcfui, which was <br />approved by the Board, and <br />kKfFFAS, Seccion 32-2C-In4, CPS, as emended, requires the <br />$card to take into account certain factors to approve a <br />Certificate of Pesignation and, raving taken into aGGcunt said <br />factors, finds as follows: <br />1. The Conditions for approval will minimize the impacts or <br />the surrounding property and the area to the greatest <br />extent possible.
