• Minimum Bench Width 15 feet <br /> • Maximum Overall Slope Height 150 feet <br /> The existing and planned fill slopes in Technical Revision No. 2 are shown in a <br /> final configuration that meets the recommendations of the 2008 summary report. <br /> The 2008 summary report also states that where the rock slopes will remain <br /> exposed, the final reclamation slopes can have the following configuration: <br /> • Fountain Formation laid back to a single overall slope angle of 1.5H:1 V (33 <br /> degrees). <br /> • Rockfall catchment berm on minimum 20-foot-wide bench, constructed at <br /> the toe of the Fountain Formation and on top of the dacite sill at the contact <br /> of the two units. <br /> The Fountain Formation slopes in Technical Revision No. 2 are shown in a final <br /> configuration that meets the recommendations of the 2008 summary report. <br /> Technical Revision No. 2 is revised to include a letter, signed and sealed by a <br /> Colorado registered Professional Engineer, verifying that the grading plan <br /> presented in Technical Revision No. 2 meets the geotechnical specifications of the <br /> 2008 summary report. <br /> We hope that the above responses satisfactorily address the concerns identified in <br /> the Division's Adequacy Reviews No. 1 and No. 2.
