The application is enclosed in its entirety. <br />2. The Affidavit of Publication in the Pueblo Chieftain is enclosed. <br />3. Proof of notice via certified US Postal Service to all owners of record of surface and mineral <br />rights of the affected land and the owners of record of all land surface within 200 feet of <br />the boundary of the affected land is enclosed. <br />4. The applicant acknowledges receipt of comments from the History Colorado and Colorado <br />Parks and Wildlife. NRCS provided the seed mix and detailed reclamation plan included in <br />Exhibit F. Site reclamation will follow the NRCS recommendations. The burrowing owl sites <br />are located on Mr. Thacker's property to the west and along the west permit boundary, in <br />the buffer area that will remain native and undisturbed throughout the life of the mine. <br />Exhibit C includes the following: <br />As requested by Colorado History, should human remains be discovered during the <br />proposed project activities, the requirements under State law C.R.S.24-80 (part 13) <br />will be followed. Activity at the siting and in the vicinity of the discovery will cease <br />and the appropriate oversight agencies will be contacted. <br />5. Addendum A is updated and included with the application exhibits.
