STATE OF COLORADO <br />STATE BOARD OF LAND COMMISSIONERS <br />Road Access Permit No. 110035 <br />Acreage Adjustment Rider ("Acreage Rider") <br />Effective 10/20/2016 ("Effective Date"), the South Central District Manager of the Colorado State Board of <br />Land Commissioners ("State Land Board") authorizes the use of 5 acres of state trust land in section 36 -21S - <br />63W as referenced in Exhibit A and B to RAP 110035 ("Lease") with Fremont Paving &t Redi-Mix. ("Lessee") <br />for RAP use. The acreage within this Lease now totals 11 acres and is described as follows: <br />Description of Land Meridian Township Range Section Acres Count <br />NWNW 6 t 21S 63W 36 5 Pueblo <br />E2 6 t 21S 63W 35 5 Pueblo <br />NWSW 6 t 21S 62W 20 1 Pueblo <br />Total: 11 acres <br />This Acreage Rider is incorporated by reference into the Lease, and except to the extent specifically <br />modified hereby, all other terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect through <br />the end of the Lease term. <br />The parties acknowledge that the mutual promises and covenants contained herein and other good and <br />valuable consideration are sufficient and adequate to support this Lease. <br />Persons signing for Lessee hereby swear and affirm that they are authorized to act on behalf of the Lessee, <br />and acknowledge that the State Land Board is relying on their representations to that effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the State Land Board and the Lessee, by their signatures below, agree to the <br />amendment of this Lease as specified 'in this Acreage £t AUM Rider: <br />c '-- <br />Lessee: r V h^ i <br />D• A1`y John P.
