Statement of Ownership and Grant of Right of Entry <br /> Brannan Holdings, LLC, is the owner of the land to be mined pursuant to the Regular 112 <br /> Reclamation permit application known as the Trout Valley Ranch, including the substance to be <br /> mined and also including all subsurface and mineral rights appurtenant to the affected land. <br /> For the purposes of entitlements to operate an aggregate mine, including the referenced <br /> Reclamation Permit and including an administrative land use permit from Park County, Brannan <br /> Holdings, LLC, its successors and assigns, grants to Brannan Sand and Gravel Company, L.L.C., <br /> the right to seek and hold such permits. <br /> This instrument, signed by the landowner and acknowledged by a Notary Public, shall <br /> demonstrate for all legal purposes that the Operator/Applicant has a legal right to enter and <br /> mine on the subject Trout Valley Ranch property (as described by Special Warranty Deed, Park <br /> County Rec. No. 727740) in Park County, Colorado.
