EXHIBIT L <br /> McCormick Excavation And Paving LLC (applicant) Stewart II <br /> The Stewart Pitt II (the north pit) has around 9,000 cubic yards of overburdern and top soil <br /> combination to spread out.With haul distances of 1,200 feet or less,cost per cubic yard would be$1.35. <br /> Cost to re-spread overburden and topsoil would be$12,150.00 To seed,fertilize and crimp would be <br /> $1,800 acre,this total would be$16,200.00.To rip and disk access road and seed,fertilize and add <br /> topsoil to road cost would be$600.00.To remove culvert from access road$300.00. <br /> The south end(which is the Stewart Pit,in its existing condition ) requires sloping,( 10 hours)cost of <br /> sloping is$2,500.00.Spreading top soil on disturbed areas in pit. Estimated 2,000 cubic yards to spread <br /> at$1.35 equals$2,700.00.To disk and rip area ( prep for seeding)$1,200.Seeding and fertilize <br /> $7,500.00. <br /> The total cost with spreading of topsoil and overburden and seeding would be$42,200.00 for both pits. <br />
