EXHIBIT G <br /> 6.4.7 EXHIBIT G-Water Information <br /> McCormick Excavation And Paving LLC(applicant) Stewart II <br /> (1) Operation are not expected to directly affect surface or groundwater systems,we are not <br /> capturing or redirecting water to another location.Area is grass so very little erosion expected. <br /> Grassy areas work as a blanket to capture any settlement.There is no surface water to <br /> contaminate. <br /> (a.) See maps for water ways and such.There are none. <br /> (b.)Aquifers under proposed area is the Ogallala at a depth of 200 plus feet. <br /> (c.) There is no de-watering required for this proposed area. Run off should be very little on <br /> disturbed area.Berms will be placed on up side of slope to have run off go around proposed <br /> area.There should only be a small amount of run off from proposed site if any.What there <br /> would be would be filtered out by the grassy areas below. <br /> 3 There should be no need for water during mining operations.The only need might be for dust <br /> control.There is no water expected for the reclamation process. <br /> 4 No projected water amount needed from any source for mining operations. <br /> 5 No permit required. <br />
