The Discharge Monitoring <br />Report (DMR) for the above CDPS permit was received by the Division on November 15, 2016 via e- <br />mail. The Division received the DMR forms and a cover letter to Eric Mink with the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Division. <br />According to the report during the month of October 2016 only Outfalls 003A (Pond B) and 005A/1\4ON5 <br />(Pond D) discharged. No exceedances were noted.
