(EFCI) and The Corley Company signed a Stipulated Agreement last <br />week in which a small track of land is excluded from the SL-04 bond release. Revision materials <br />previously submitted with TR-47 include this tract within the overall area requested to be <br />removed from the permit area. <br />EFCI has revised some of the previously submitted text pages to show an additional landowner <br />and additional acreage (as permit and disturbed area) in accordance with the above agreement. A <br />new map is included that shows the location of the referenced tract. <br />Revised permit materials for TR-47 include text pages and a map for your review and approval. <br />Included with this transmittal are 3 copies of the following: <br />Summary of Revisions/Additions <br />Revised Permit pages <br />New map
