The application for the C Road Pit was <br />submitted with the Division on September 13, 2016, by Parkerson Construction, Inc. (Applicant). The <br />public comment period for the application has not commenced yet. The Division called the application <br />incomplete on September 19, 2016. The Division is waiting for additional documentation to call the <br />application complete. When the application is called complete, the public notice period will begin.
