Supplemental information including a map showing the proposed footprint <br />of TR -70 was received on November 4, 2016 as requested by our email dated October 28, 2016. <br />.\s it appear that the entire area of potential effects was surveyed to current standards in September 2012 and <br />that no historic properties were documented in the Reporl o/'lhe Cla.u, III Cullinal Resounes /ni enlory %r a Block d rea <br />of X 1_'5 1 yc, ivathin 1he Propo. ed Red Il ialrh Coal Lewe (COC74813) in Rio Blanco Colorado, we recommend a Finding <br />of no historic properties affected is appropriate for the proposed technical revision pursuant to 36 CFR <br />800.4(d) (1). <br />Should unidentified archaeological resources be discovered in the course of the project, work must be <br />interrupted until the resources have been evaluated in terms of the National Register eligibility criteria (36 CFR <br />60.4) in consultation with our office pursuant to 36 CFR 800.13. Also, should the consulted -upon scope of the <br />work change please contact our office for continued consultation under 36 CFR part 800. <br />\t'e request being involved in the consultation process with the Bureau of Land Management and local <br />governments which as stipulated in 36 CFR 800.3 are required to be notified of the undertaking, and with other <br />consulting parties. Additional information provided by the local government or consulting parties might cause <br />our office to re-evaluate our eligibility and potential effect findings. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
