2.04.4 - CULTURAL AND HISTORIC RESOURCE INFORMATION <br />Complete Archaeological Service Associates of Cortez, Colorado has <br />prepared a cultural resource inventory documenting the results of a <br />pedestrian survey of those areas that may be affected by surface <br />disturbance within the permit area (see Appendix 3(2)). No cultural or <br />historic resources eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic <br />Places or significant archeological sites that may be affected by surface <br />disturbance (including subsidence) were identified in the survey. <br />SWCA Environmental Consultants of Durango, Colorado performed a <br />cultural resource survey of the 9 core drill sites addressed in Technical <br />Revision TR -22 (see Appendix 3(3).
