Pursuant to paragraphs 19 and 25 of the Motion, respectively, the Debtors expressly reserved their rights to amend the Assumed Leases Schedule and the Rejected Leases Schedule up through and including November 9, 2016, by filing a notice on the docket indicating the amended treatment of the affected leases and serving such notice on all affected counterparties. See Motion, at ¶ 19, 25. 3. Accordingly, the Debtors hereby amend the Assumed Leases Schedule and the Rejected Leases Schedule as identified on Exhibit A attached hereto. 4. Furthermore, in the Motion, pursuant to section 365(d)(4)(B)(ii) of the Bankruptcy Code, the Debtors expressly reserved their rights to redesignate any Unexpired Leases by removing such Unexpired Leases from the Assumed Leases Schedule or the Rejected Leases Schedule, as applicable, and identifying such Unexpired Leases as Extended Deadline Leases, at any time prior to the Hearing Date, thus indicating that the deadline for the Debtors to assume or reject such Unexpired Leases has been extended by agreement with the applicable counterparty or counterparties. See Motion, at ¶ 28. 5. In accordance with paragraph 28 of the Motion, the Debtors hereby redesignate the Unexpired Leases identified on Exhibit B hereto as Extended Deadline Leases for which the deadline for the Debtors to assume or reject such Unexpired Leases shall be December 8, 2016. Furthermore, as part of this designation, the objection deadline for the counterparties to each of Unexpired Leases included on Exhibit B shall also be extended to November 28, 2016. A hearing on the assumption or rejection of any Extended Deadline Lease shall be held at the December 14, 2016 omnibus hearing, unless otherwise extended by mutual consent of the parties.
