The embankment was stable and the primary and emergency <br />spillways were clear and functional. <br /> <br />The upper sump and PECOCO pond were holding water and discharging. The embankments were stable and <br />vegetated. The primary and emergency spillways were clear and functional. <br /> <br />The lower sump was holding w ater and discharging, the embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary and <br />emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> <br />Pond 002 was discharging. <br /> <br />Pond 003 was holding water and discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary and <br />emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />The mine is currently idle and no activity is occurring at the site except for site maintenance ac tivities. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />The following maintenance items were observed during previous Division inspections. Below is a list of the items <br />along with a description of the current status of the maintenance items. <br /> Several small slumps/depressions have formed above the SII -PM6 Drainage south and east of stock tank <br />T32.
