That is correct. The lek site located near the pad on the west side of RCR 27 has been inactive since 1997. We believe
there needs to be some flexibility on the seasonal restrictions given the lack of activity at the lek site. If you have any

Don't know whether or not CPW provided you with a copy, so I have attached a copy of their consultation letter re: the
above -referenced project.
While they don't address it specifically in their letter, in conversations with them they indicated that the buffer for the
pad option on the west side of RCR27 (this is the option we plan to go with) is associated with a lek that has been
inactive since 1997 (19 years), so they would not impose timing restrictions on this site —
