No company representative was present at the mine site <br />and accompanied DRMS in the inspection . Weather conditions were clear and the temperature around seventy <br />degrees fahrenheit with ground conditions were mainly dry. There was no activity at the mine site at the time of <br />the inspection. It was observed that the lock had been changed to the gated enterance. The Divison was later <br />contacted by Jim Stover and informed a new lock had been installed. The Division will recieve the new key during <br />the next inspection. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Stru ctures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buf fer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Munger Creek was dry at the time of the inspection. The crossing area has had natural sediment deposition <br />and erosion over the year limiting access by truck for the remaining area of the site. <br /> <br />Reestablished drainages crossing the remaining road section are stable. No signs of cutting or erosion. <br /> <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES – Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Sur face Stabilization; Placement: <br />The reclaimed refuse pile remains stable.
