Please read this notice carefully as your rights may <br />be affected. <br />PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING: <br />1. On October 24, 2016, Peabody Energy Corporation ("PEC") and its debtor <br />affiliates, as debtors and debtors in possession in the above -captioned chapter 11 cases <br />(collectively, the "Debtors"), filed the Fifth Omnibus Motion of the Debtors for an Order <br />(I) Authorizing Them to (A) Assume Certain Unexpired Leases of Nonresidential Real Property <br />and (B) Reject Certain Unexpired Leases of Nonresidential Real Property and (II) Granting <br />Related Relief (the "Motion"), by which the Debtors seek the entry of an order, in part, <br />(a) authorizing them to assume certain unexpired leases of nonresidential real property pursuant <br />to section 365 of title 11 of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code") and (b) granting <br />certain additional relief. <br />2.
