The Debtors intend to surrender possession of property leased <br />pursuant to the Rejected Leases to the respective lessors by the Assumption/Rejection Date, <br />subject to limited ongoing access to comply with any remaining obligations under environmental <br />laws and regulations, as described below. <br />25. As the Debtors continue to review and evaluate the Leases and as they move <br />forward with the reorganization process and negotiations related thereto, they may determine, <br />in their business judgment, that the rejection of certain Leases currently identified on the <br />Assumed Leases Schedule is appropriate and provides the maximum benefit to the Debtors' <br />estates (any such Leases, the "Additional Rejected Leases"). The Debtors reserve the right to <br />amend the Rejected Leases Schedule to add the Additional Rejected Leases, at any time up to <br />and including the Lease Schedule Modification Deadline. To the extent that the Debtors <br />determine to reject any Additional Rejected Leases, the Debtors will (a) file a notice on the <br />docket indicating the treatment of the subject lease(s), (b) serve such notice upon the affected <br />lessor(s) and (c) surrender the leased premises to the respective lessor(s) prior to the <br />Assumption/Rejection Date, unless otherwise agreed by the Debtors and the applicable lessor or <br />as provided herein, subject to limited ongoing access to comply with any remaining obligations <br />under environmental laws and regulations, as described below. In the event the Debtors amend <br />the Rejected Leases Schedule to add any Additional Rejected Leases, the hearing to consider the <br />rejection of such Additional Rejected Leases shall be scheduled for the December 14, 2016 <br />omnibus hearing. <br />26. In light of the voluminous nature of the Rejected Leases Schedule, to make the <br />relevant information contained in the Rejected Leases Schedule readily accessible to the affected <br />NAI -1502082594v7 12 <br />
