The Division recommends that <br /> this hard road inspection be conducted by a member of the Sustainability&External <br /> Relations Department. Please commit to making the inspection records available on-site <br /> for the Division to reviell'during site inspections, <br /> Response 1: As part of Newmont's Spill Prevention and Containment and <br /> Countermeasures (SPCC) Newmont commits to inspect the unlined haul road at <br /> least daily for any spilled material. This inspection is an existing component of the <br /> Newmont pit foreman daily responsibilities,with the spill management component <br /> to be added to the existing inspection scope. <br /> Inspection reports will be retained on file and will be made available upon request. <br />
