PUBLIC NOTICE Bestway Concrete & Aggregates; 301 Centenn'al Drive, Mi"iken, CO 80543, 970-587.7277; has filed a new application (MLRB 112) for Construction Mater'als Operation Reclamation Permit under Provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construct -on Materials. The site is located adjacent and west of the South Platte River, The site Is with -'n the northeast 1A, Section 13, Township 2 North, Range 67 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, and also within the northwest 1/., Section 18, Townsh'p 2 North, Range 66 West of the 61h Principal Meridian. The site Is generally bounded on the west by an abandoned rallroad grade, the north by WCR 22, on the east by the South Platte River, and on the south by the City of Broomiie'd's Heit Pit. The project is located In Wed County, Colorado, The purpose of this notice is to slurry line the Site, mine h for gravel and recta m 11 as a water storage reservti r. The proposed date of commencement is early Spring of 2017, and t -e proposed date of completion is Winter 2025. The Proposed future use of the land is water storage and pasture.
