Attached are some pictures of the culverts that I cleaned out. As
you know the two most southern culverts ( I believe RRC 2&3) do not have water flowing through them at the time and
are dry. These culverts have been cleaned out in the case that flowing conditions exist. As for the far north culvert (RRC
1), 1 have been "irrigating" the flow a few times a week. This culvert is decaying and the flow is being hindered, I was
able to dig into where the culvert is still in piece and irrigate the water through it. The pool of water on the east side of
the tracks has reduced substantially and I will continue to monitor it and encourage the flow.
Thanks
Miranda Blomquist
Engineering Technician — Environmental
Twentymile Coal, LLC
29515 Routt County Rd #27 1 Oak Creek, Colorado 80467
Office: (970) 870-2718 Cell: (970) 439-8273
http //mail.google. m/mai1/b/511/u/0/?ui=2&i deb7f0 20& ew=pt& ar =inbo th=1584a2fa96419212& ml=1584a2fa96419212 1/3
