Replacement of Out-of-Priority Depletions: The County shall make replacement of out-of- <br /> priority depletions based upon the monthly lagged depletions provided in Table 1 in time, <br /> location, and amount from the sources identified herein so as to prevent injury to vested <br /> water rights, including exchanges, when the call downstream from the point of depletion is <br /> senior to December 29, 2012 pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Decree. <br /> Replacement shall be made on a daily basis.
