Box 191 <br />Victor, CO 80860 <br /> <br />Re: Project, Permit No. M-1980-244; <br /> Technical Revision (TR-82) Approval <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Henris: <br /> <br />On November 4, 2016 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your emailed response to our <br />adequacy letter and approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the Division on September 7, <br />2016, addressing the following: <br /> Modification of the Phase I liner completion location, defer construction of Phase II, and <br />provide an overview of stormwater controls that will remain in place during the construction delay. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 82 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. <br />M-1980-244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />The Division has reviewed the change associated with TR-82 for impacts to the financial warranty and has <br />determined that this change does not require an increase to the current reclamation liability. Therefore, the <br />surplus warranty remains at $558,914.00, last adjusted with the approval of TR-78 on October 25, 2016.
