SECTION SEVENTEEN <br /> MECHANIC'S LIENS <br /> 17.1 Tenant shall not permit any liens or encumbrances to be placed upon the Premises <br /> because of Tenant's use, possession or actions orTenant, Tenant, nuanyone claiming;through <br /> Tenant, shall have the right to tile- mechanic's liens or other kind of lien oil the Premises. <br /> SECTION EIGHTEEN I <br /> RFLATIONSHiP BETWEEN PARTIES I <br /> I <br /> 18.1 NO partnership is to be implied by this Agreement between the parties.
