The minimum thickness shall be 6 inches above the <br /> surrounding finished grade. <br /> WEED MANAGEMENT PLAN <br /> Bestway Concrete&Aggregates has a full-time weed manager on staff. This person is responsible <br /> for monitoring and controlling noxious weeds as they appear. Bestway Concrete typically prefers <br /> to control weeds mechanically, by mowing and/or discing. If necessary, weeds will be killed with a <br /> contact herbicide.
