I am a <br /> homeowner and resident in the 200 block of 31 Road. I have had numerous <br /> problems with the gravel trucks that transport gravel now. They have only a <br /> yield sign, not a stop sign located on C Road, and I can't keep track of the <br /> times the dump trucks have pulled out in front of myself, my daughter and <br /> husband. I am surprised that there hasn't been an accident there yet. I am <br /> also a bicycle rider and have been run off the road several times by these <br /> trucks. <br /> If Parkerson Construction is allowed to add another gravel pit and more <br /> heavy traffic to this area, it would be a strain on our already heavily traveled <br /> roads by this large equipment. <br /> Please consider limiting the use and access for this residential/agricultural <br /> area. <br /> Tha k Y <br /> o <br /> VTn � <br /> Gay actin <br /> 272 1/2 31 Road <br /> Grand Junction, CO 81503 <br />
