Duran & <br /> Pearce Contractors received a letter on March 4th, 2016 from the Division after the preliminary review. <br /> Duran & Pearce Contractors has since been notified by Phillip Courntey, Solid Minerals Leasing Manager <br /> for the State of Colorado Land.
