For greater continuity and ease of reference, this correspondence (1 originaVicopy) iterates
comments taken directly from the OMLR Adequacy Review correspondence of 30 October
2015. Our reply is found within a graphical bog notated in BLUE ink, under each OMLR
comment, as follows:
PreAmble:
The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division/DRM5) has reviewed the content of the
Varra Companies, Inc. 1 12c permit application and first adequacy letter response dated November 18.
2015 for the Parcel 122 Project, File No, M-2015-033 and submits the following comments. The
Division is required to make application recommendation no later than October 25, 2016 therefore; a
response to the following adequacy review concerns should be submitted to the Division as soon as
possible.
EXHIBIT C — Pre -Minim and Minim Plan Maps of Affected Land
Please update the Exhibit C-1 map to portray the name and location of the Anadarko owned oil
and gas wells, lines, and easements on the affected land and within two hundred (200) feet of the
affected land pursuant to Rule 6.4.3(b) and (g).
Linework gone missing from the original submittal is now included in this revision. Exhibit GI
reflects both the existing and rerouted Anadarko lines and Right -of --Way. The Right -of -Way is
consistent with that shown on a map from the proposed relocation agreement with AnadarkolKerr-
McGEE and included as an attachment with this submittal. All known oil & gas wells were
previously identified and it's likely the Anadarko line runs to a tank or nearby Enacana Well
already labeled at that location.
