The Division believes that the 40 lane project is located within the South <br /> Pueblo County Conservation District at 200 South Santa Fe Ave, 4th Floor Pueblo, CO 81003. <br /> The Division made this determination based on maps available from the Colorado Department <br /> of Agriculture's website <br /> Please submit proof of actual delivery or proof of mailing by Certified Mail, return receipt <br /> requested,of notice of the 112c application to the South Pueblo County Conservation District. <br /> General Comments and Questions <br /> 29)Please provide proof of the local newspaper publication required by Rule 1.6.5.
